Lawyer Phong has experience in the fields of Corporate, Civil, and Commercial law. His expertise includes the following main areas: consulting and carrying out corporate procedures, advising and managing internal affairs of businesses, providing legal advice on corporate restructuring, including consulting, drafting, and reviewing civil and commercial contracts; developing internal legal documents for businesses; advising on land-related issues, civil disputes over inheritance, and representing clients in procedures related to civil agreements, contracts, and resolving commercial contract disputes.

Mr. Phong has participated in prominent lawsuits such as:

Filing lawsuits related to the purchase agreement for bonds between investors and Vạn Trường Phát Company (a subsidiary of Vạn Thịnh Phát Group)
Filing asset recovery lawsuits related to investment contracts for purchasing real estate (reservation agreements) between investors and companies such as KS FINANCE, KSHomeplus, etc.

At the same time, Mr. Phong has also been involved in advising on apartment (high-rise) projects for individual clients, such as:

The "Sun Urban City" project developed by Hà Nam Sun Corporation
The "Nam Tân Uyên Residential Area" project by Nam Tân Uyên Industrial and Urban Development Company
