Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department at REFINY Law Firm. Her practice focuses on intellectual property registration and intellectual property dispute resolution and litigation.
In her IP registration work, she helps clients develop and execute strategies to protect their trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha also has experience in IP litigation and dispute resolution. She has represented clients in a variety of disputes, including trademark infringement, copyright infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and patent infringement cases.
