Mr. Simon H. Roy is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the USA and has more than 15 years of experience in audit, risk management and governance of financial cooperatives and institutions. He worked for Desjardins Group, Canada’s largest cooperative financial institution, for nearly 15 years in several different countries over 3 continents (Asia, Africa, Latin America). His main expertise are operational process diagnosis and optimization, financial statements analysis and governance practice enhancement. He has been working for the last 7 years in Vietnam as a Senior Technical Advisor on projects supporting the professionalization of the Vietnamese sector as well as being involved in fintech and e-commerce start-ups.
